Rent Pilot may provide different landlord, renter, support, or administrative workspaces. You must only access records, properties, messages, and workflows that you are authorised to use.

Rent Pilot may help create, store, or share rental records such as applications, lease drafts, condition reports, rent records, support messages, and property details. You remain responsible for reviewing those records before relying on them.

Manual rent payment records and signing features may depend on third-party providers or external banking records. Provider approval, identity checks, settlement timing, and legal terms may apply before those features are available.

Paid features may be offered through app stores, web checkout, invoices, or third-party payment providers. Pricing, billing frequency, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and trial terms will be shown before purchase or in the relevant app store or provider terms.

You must not misuse Rent Pilot, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the product to harass, mislead, or discriminate against another person.

Rent Pilot may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own providers and may have separate terms, fees, privacy practices, availability, and support processes.

We aim to keep Rent Pilot reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or product changes.

We may update these terms or change the service as Rent Pilot develops. We may suspend or restrict access if needed to protect the service, users, providers, or legal obligations.
